Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Texas to coordinate with the Community Manager and lead a team of maintenance technicians. You will improve net operating income by safe, efficient repairs within budget and drive resident retention through responsive service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, processing POs/invoices, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years multifamily maintenance exp. and/or training; supervisory exp preferred.
• EPA certification required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of the property and grounds and lead maintenance staff.
• Maintain operating budget and obtain competitive bids for supplies/services.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
