Job summary
RPM Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in Dallas to oversee maintenance operations across multi-family communities. You will drive preventative maintenance programs, ensure safety compliance, and partner with leadership to align maintenance goals with ownership targets.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Service Manager in the multi-family industry
- Experience creating SOPs and training
- Yardi knowledge and MS Office including Excel
- EPA certification and CPO
- EPA proctor or Certified Pool Instructor preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with Director of Facilities Maintenance to develop a best-in-class maintenance program
- Provide technical and operational support to maintenance and operations teams
- Coordinate with Regional VP and management to meet ownership goals including revenue and cost control
- Ensure turn-key and service operations run efficiently and safely
- Implement preventative maintenance, audit properties for policy compliance
- Identify life-safety hazards and provide corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and building codes
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding maintenance staff and provide training
- Conduct hands-on maintenance training for associates
