Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee property maintenance on-site, coordinate with the Community Manager, and safeguard the budget while delivering timely repairs. You’ll lead a team of technicians, ensure safety standards, and manage work orders to boost resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years in multifamily maintenance and preferred supervisory experience, EPA certification, and familiarity with office software and project management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED – Preferred
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• EPA certification required
• CPO – Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to keep costs under control.
• Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
