Job summary

You will handle on-site tasks, emergency responses, and preventative maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety and housing regulations. The position requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments through painting, cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Performs maintenance across plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other areas.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and pet areas; ensures cleanliness and safety.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as needed.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and maintains records.
• Adheres to housing laws, codes, and company policies.
• Provides professional, courteous service to residents and represents Cushman & Wakefield well.
