The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries. You will coordinate move-ins, screening, and lease signings, while collaborating with marketing to create leasing campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local rental laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential tenants through online listings, referrals, and networking.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct property viewings highlighting key features.
• Assist applicants with the rental process including applications and documentation.
• Screen prospective tenants with background, credit, and history checks.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners and managers.
• Ensure lease compliance with policies, Fair Housing laws, and local rental laws.
• Coordinate move-in processes and signings.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop leasing campaigns.
