You will screen applicants, collaborate on lease terms, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules and local laws. This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills and may involve weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential tenants through online listings, referrals, and networking.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight key features and amenities.
• Assist applicants with the rental process and documentation.
• Screen applicants including background and credit checks.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners/managers.
• Ensure lease compliance with policies and local laws.
• Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and lease signings.
• Address tenant concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and showings.
