Job summary

Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a Property Leasing Agent to act as the frontline representation for leasing at a multi-family property. You will attract prospective tenants, facilitate viewings, and guide them through the leasing process to maintain high occupancy and positive tenant relationships.

You will coordinate applications, screenings, and move-in steps while staying informed on market trends and collaborating with marketing to attract renters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leasing aptitude.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local rental laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for showings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential tenants through online listings, referrals, and networking.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and amenities.
• Assist applicants with the rental process and documentation.
• Screen applicants with background, credit, and rental history checks.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with owners/managers.
• Ensure lease compliance with Fair Housing and local laws.
• Coordinate move-in processes, inspections, and lease signings.
• Address tenant concerns with exceptional service throughout leasing.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and showings.
• Stay informed on market trends and leasing campaigns.
