• Assist with applications and document collection.
• Screen applicants with background, credit, and rental history checks.
• Negotiate lease terms with owners and managers.
• Ensure lease compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate move-ins and signings; perform inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain records.
• Stay updated on market trends and rental demand.
• Partner with marketing to run leasing campaigns.
