Job summary

Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a Property Leasing Agent to attract prospective tenants, show properties, and guide applicants through leasing. You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure lease compliance, while maintaining strong tenant relationships to sustain high occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Sales, customer service, or real estate experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with prospective tenants.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local rental laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property viewings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential tenants through online listings, referrals, and networking.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight features and amenities.
• Assist tenants with the application process and documentation.
• Screen tenants with background, credit, and rental history checks.
• Negotiate lease terms with owners and managers.
• Ensure lease compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate move-in processes and lease signings.
• Address tenant concerns with exceptional service.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop leasing campaigns.
