Responsibilities

• Provide professional, responsive service to prospects, residents, parents, and visitors.
• Conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and communicate apartment availability and terms.
• Process applications and lease documents accurately.
• Assist residents and support marketing initiatives while complying with laws and policies.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata and other systems.
• Guide applicants through the application process and collect required documents and payments.
• Prepare leases and move-in documents for management review.
• Support resident retention and renewal campaigns with timely outreach.
