Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Lease apartments to meet occupancy goals and follow Fair Housing standards.
• Conduct outside marketing under supervision.
• Review applications, credit, income verifications, and background checks.
• Complete lease paperwork and signatures.
• Ensure move-in readiness and conduct final inspections.
• Follow up during the lease and manage renewals.
• Operate the leasing office efficiently.
