Responsibilities include reviewing income and background checks, coordinating move-ins, renewals, and outreach efforts, and maintaining accurate records.

• Respond to calls, emails, and resident communication professionally and timely.
• Assist with work order entry and maintenance communication.
• Support move-in processes including documentation and system setup.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of market competitors, pricing, and concessions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, current market conditions, and all community policies.
• Ensure understanding of required application information, screening process, policies, and procedures.
