Qualifications

• Must have previous Leasing Consultant experience in the Multifamily Industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
• Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures of the company.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease the community through marketing and basic learning administration responsibilities as directed by Community Manager/Leasing Director/Regional Manager.
• Implement marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions to maximize rents.
• Establish and build relationships with resources, clients, individuals and partners relevant to generating/retaining business and revenues.
• Present information effectively to groups of prospects and residents.
• Complete all required training on CORE systems in a timely manner.
