Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Multifamily properties. You will work with onsite management to attract residents, tour communities, and qualify prospects to drive occupancy and rent growth.

In this role, you handle daily leasing activities, coordinate approvals and move-ins, deliver outstanding service to residents, and maintain accurate paperwork. A friendly, professional presence and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• Minimum 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects.
• Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and retain residents.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals and office activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
