You will handle qualifications, coordinate move-in preparations, and deliver exceptional resident service to support retention and occupancy goals. A professional, organized demeanor and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by guiding prospects through the community and amenities.
• Drive sales by highlighting lifestyle benefits of the property.
• Assist prospects with qualification for rentals and start background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
• Deliver excellent service to residents to support retention.
• Perform office duties and paperwork related to rentals as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
