Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. in Victoria, TX is seeking a Leasing Agent with strong leasing experience to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth occupancy flow.

The role requires inspecting show units, monitoring market conditions, and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic. You will use on-site management software to track activity and support lease renewals, with commissions on top of pay.

Qualifications

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and verify credit/background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize on-site property management software to track activity and data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages and reach renewal targets.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and document requests.
