Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with apartment communities and multifamily management companies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with established apartment community clients.
• Interact daily with Property Managers, Leasing Agents, Maintenance Personnel, and other contacts.
• Conduct property visits to measure flooring requirements and develop customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate flooring measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, installations, and customer requests in a timely manner.
