Real Floors in Albuquerque, NM is looking for an energetic Account Executive to drive multi-family flooring sales. You will prospect, close new business, and build lasting relationships with property managers and developers.

This role offers a base salary plus an monthly expense allowance and uncapped commissions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Travel daily to client sites within the territory.

Qualifications

• Highly energetic with a strong hunter mentality.
• Coachable, with the willingness and ability to internalize instructions and take actionable steps to better serve our customers and grow the business.
• Prior multi-family sales experience is preferred, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Sustain a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting.
• Demonstrate products and services to existing accounts and potential new customers, and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Provide all necessary information for each new account/customer.
• Provide floor plans and pricing for all accounts/customers via customer templates.
• Promptly address customer concerns, complaints and problems.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Perform random job site inspections and report results to the Installation department.
• Maintain an organized sample/showroom and sales office.
• Report to management any information pertinent to competitive pricing and/or changes in the competitive landscape.
