Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Sales Account Manager in the Dallas area to develop new business with apartment communities and multifamily property management companies. You will maintain relationships with Property Managers, Leasing Agents, and maintenance personnel, measure flooring needs, prepare quotes, and manage orders from quote to installation.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, frequent property visits, and active participation in local industry events to expand Paycom's flooring

Qualifications

• Previous sales, account management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the multifamily apartment industry preferred.
• Flooring industry experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer and property locations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with apartment communities and multifamily management companies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with established apartment community clients.
• Prepare accurate flooring measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Attend local apartment association meetings, trade exhibitions, networking events, and other industry functions to represent Paycom and develop business relationships.
• Review flooring orders for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting them to Customer Service.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through installation.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, installations, and customer requests in a timely manner.
