Superior Floors is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Representative to develop, retain, and grow multifamily customer accounts throughout the DFW area. This role blends outside sales, account management, and consultative selling to deliver flooring replacements, upgrades, unit turns, and renovations.

You will partner with property managers and internal teams to provide accurate proposals, maintain account information, and protect profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in outside sales or related field.
• Ability to build relationships, manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with email, MS Office, CRM systems, and mobile tech.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout DFW.

Aufgaben

• Build professional relationships with property managers and other decision-makers.
• Maintain a consistent field presence through property visits and meetings.
• Prospect for new multifamily customers via referrals and outreach.
• Develop account plans to drive sales growth and retention.
• Create quotes, price sheets, proposals, and customer materials.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Installation, and Accounting to fulfill orders.
