Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to address a wide range of apartment and property needs with a focus on resident satisfaction and curb appeal. On-site position at our Olympia properties.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks, follow safety rules, and respond to emergencies. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment maintenance tasks per supervisor directions.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Perform carpentry work such as wallboard, countertops, door/lock, and tile repairs.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal, and respond to property emergencies.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company risk management policies.
• Participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance as needed.
