Astound is seeking a dynamic residential sales representative for outdoor, field-based work across multiple markets. You will engage residents and property managers face-to-face, present service options, and close new customer sign-ups.

The role emphasizes driving revenue via uncapped commissions while earning a base salary. You will operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment with training and mentorship provided to ramp up your performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and, in some markets, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property management groups.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations; articulate customer solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
