Astound Broadband in Texas is seeking a dynamic field sales representative to grow our multifamily residential portfolio. You’ll engage residents, property managers, and associations through face-to-face outreach within a 50+ unit footprint, working in a fast-paced outdoor setting with a bi-weekly sales quota.

Starting base pay is $34,000 with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings potential of $90,000, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Build relationships with community organizations, condo associations and property management groups of 50+ units.
• Cultivate sales through relationship building and maintain a bi-weekly sales quota.
• Obtain new customers in multifamily residential settings through in-person visits with residents and property groups.
• Distribute marketing materials and facilitate campaigns to raise Astound brand awareness.
• Manage onboarding of new buildings to drive subscriptions and CRM updates daily.
