Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with multi‑family construction experience to support project planning, budgeting and scheduling under the direction of senior project leaders.

You will help manage budgets, coordinate procurement, and ensure quality and safety standards across projects, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to meet milestones and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring project budget and cost control.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings with project team.
• Maintain schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with the safety department.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes.
