Job summary

DevCo US Construction is seeking a Full-Time Traveling Site Superintendent with proven multifamily construction leadership. You will oversee daily site operations, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and uphold safety standards across travel assignments.

The first project is North Park in Billings, MT (152-unit garden-style) starting Dec 2026 and finishing Oct 2028. Requires 5–7 years of supervision and a construction degree, with Procore proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a construction related field or commensurate field experience.
• 5-7 years work experience in garden style multifamily construction site supervision with proven ability to use multiple types of software to efficiently manage projects.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
• Procore proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up the job site, prepare and maintain project schedule and safety plans.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and coordinate with Project Manager on progress and reporting.
• Manage resources, document daily activities, and monitor safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and ensure project close communication.
