Job summary

DevCo US Construction LLC is seeking a Full-Time Construction Assistant Superintendent for a Mesa, AZ multifamily project (Recker Gardens). You will support the Site Superintendent with scheduling, resource coordination, safety, and subcontractor oversight to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of multifamily site supervision, strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders, and a construction-related degree or commensurate experience.

Qualifications

• Ground Up Multifamily construction experience required.
• Garden Style, Podium, Wrap and/or Open Courtyard and Urban Mid-Rise experience preferred.
• Strong reputation for working well with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Must have English proficiency (read/write/speak).
• 3–5 years in multifamily site supervision with ability to manage projects using various software.
• 4-year construction-related degree or commensurate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of the Project Schedule and coordinate with Site Superintendent.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and report to Site Superintendent.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and safety documentation.
• Lead safety meetings and maintain site safety practices.
• Supervise onsite hourly employees and coordinate inspections with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Maintain punch lists and documentation for project stages (framing, rough-in, finishes).
• Attend meetings and manage delivery schedules, RFIs, submittals, and field directives.
