Job summary

DevCo US Construction is hiring a Full-Time Construction Assistant Superintendent for a 341-unit, four-story garden-style multifamily project on Graf Street in Bozeman, MT. The project is starting very quickly and will run about 25 months.

You will support the Site Superintendent, manage day-to-day onsite operations, and help ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Essential duties include assisting with scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• ,
• 3–5 years of multifamily site supervision experience.
• ,
• LIHTC Garden Style experience preferred.
• ,
• Strong communication with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of the Project Schedule.
• Coordinate with the Site Superintendent for scheduling of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Review, update, and distribute the current project schedule to all subcontractors.
• Monitor pace and quality of work and report progress to the Site Superintendent.
• Prepare status reports and monitor deliveries, subcontractors and schedules.
• Assist in allocating project resources (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Assist in maintaining a safe jobsite and safety compliance.
