Job summary

DevCo US Construction is seeking a Full-Time Construction Superintendent for a multi-family project in Billings, MT. You will lead planning, scheduling, safety, and coordination of subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires experience with garden-style multifamily builds and strong leadership, with travel as needed and company benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Ground Up Low Income Housing Tax Credit Multifamily Construction Project Experience.
• Garden Style, Podium, Wrap and/or Open Courtyard and Urban Mid Rise Project Experience.
• Post Tension experience desirable.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. and possess English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up the job site and maintain project schedule and safety plans.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve updated project schedule and distribute to subs.
• Monitor pace, quality, and safety; manage resources and documentation.
