Job summary

DevCo US Construction is seeking a Full-Time Construction Assistant Superintendent for a Mesa, AZ multifamily development, Recker Gardens. The role supports the Site Superintendent to keep projects on schedule and within budget, with a focus on safety, quality, and coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Ground Up Multifamily Construction project experience demonstrated.
• Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and vendors required.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the project schedule and coordinating with the Site Superintendent on materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Support safety compliance and maintain on-site safety documentation.
• Assist in reviewing project plans, RFIs, and subcontractor scopes to identify gaps and ensure scope coverage.
• Supervise on-site hourly employees and coordinate inspections with authorities having jurisdiction.
