Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; construction-related education is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and maintain on-site documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.
• Oversee quality control by reviewing plans, submittals, RFIs, and related docs.
• Enforce safety practices and OSHA compliance on site.
• Assist the Project Superintendent with scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
