Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance.

You will lead onsite teams, drive occupancy and renewals, manage budgets and financial reporting, coordinate with vendors, and uphold Fair Housing and company policies while coordinating with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, including leasing, occupancy, collections, and operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication to residents and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, sales, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage.
• CAM/ARM/CPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, collections, and admin tasks.
• Lead, train, and evaluate onsite team to meet performance and service standards.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention through effective property management.
• Monitor rental income, rent collections, delinquency, expenses, and financial performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and invoices.
• Maintain resident relations and promptly address escalated concerns.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely work orders and turns.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws and company policies.
