Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a multifamily community. You will lead leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and team management to drive occupancy and financial results.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and experience with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, preferably as a Community Manager or Property Manager.
• Proven experience in leasing, occupancy, collections, resident relations, and operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with effective communication in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, collections and admin.
• Lead, train, and coach onsite team to meet performance standards and company expectations.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention through effective property management.
