Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Texas. You will manage leasing, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, and team performance to maximize occupancy and financial results.

You will lead onsite staff, coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with housing laws, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive management and strong communication in English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven experience leading leasing, occupancy, collections, and operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to communicate with residents and team.
• Strong leadership, sales, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance and collections.
• Lead, coach, and hold onsite team accountable for performance and standards.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention through effective management.
• Monitor rental income, expenses, delinquencies, and financial performance.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, invoices, and operational expenses.
• Manage resident relations, address escalated concerns, and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to complete work orders and turns.
• Ensure property standards through inspections and record-keeping.
