Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing leasing, occupancy, collections, resident relations, and operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage).

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, collections and admin tasks.
• Lead, train, and coach onsite team to meet performance and service standards.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals and resident retention.
• Monitor rental income, collections, delinquency, and operating expenses.
• Prepare and review property budgets, financial reports, and invoices.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve escalated concerns.
• Oversee the leasing process from prospect follow-up to move-ins/out and renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely work and turn schedules.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas meet standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and ensure services stay within budget.
