Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, including Class A communities.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and employee development.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, reporting, AR/AP, and capital project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and resident lifecycle from leasing to renewals.
• Lead a high-energy team of leasing, maintenance, and service professionals.
• Manage budget, financial reporting, and capital projects with accuracy.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to attract residents.
