Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and property reporting.

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations and supervising the onsite team.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor staff to drive performance.
• Lead rent collection, budget management and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and implement strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
