Job summary

CW is seeking an Area Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee a portfolio of communities in Florida. You will collaborate with ownership to maintain operations, drive leasing performance, budget control, and staff leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, coordinating maintenance, marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance. This role requires extensive travel between properties and strong vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• Experience overseeing property operations including budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.
• Ability to travel regularly between properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across communities with Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, marketing, contracts, and finances.
• Develop and mentor on-site staff to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Drive marketing programs and revenue growth.
• Ensure policies, budgets and compliance are followed.
