Waypoint is seeking a passionate Community Manager for a premier multifamily community in Palm Bay, FL. You’ll lead daily property operations, oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations, and build a high-energy team focused on service excellence.

You’ll drive market awareness, coordinate marketing strategies, manage budgets, and monitor performance metrics. A bachelor's degree is preferred and 3+ years of property management experience at multifamily communities is expected.

• 3+ years of property management experience at multifamily communities.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and resident relations.
