RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for a multi-family property in Alabama. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, drive leasing and marketing efforts, and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.

The role requires strong communication, supervision experience, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. Weekend availability and outdoor work are part of the site schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong communication and delivery skills essential.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred for daily operations.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) required.

Responsabilités

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations; hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals by implementing short/long-term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Forecast budgets, manage financial records, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
• Conduct property tours and provide updates to clients; coordinate vendor and contractor management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; handle lease enforcement and complaints.
