Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager for an Alabama property to oversee daily operations, leasing, budgeting, and vendor management while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team and drive performance across the site.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of multi-family experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. The role is on-site with a focus on results and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years multi-family property management preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience with property mgmt software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and conduct employee evaluations; hire, orient and train.
• Meet revenue targets through leasing and marketing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis; invoicing mgmt.
• Analyze market trends and leverage leasing tools and processes.
• Enforce lease terms; inspections, evictions, collections, notices.
• Owner/client management; property tours and performance updates; vendor mgmt.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal; report maintenance issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and monitor service quality.
• Research competitors and build market relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
