Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team and drive revenue through effective leasing, marketing, and operations. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage budgets, and oversee daily activities to meet financial goals.

The role emphasizes people leadership, safety, and high service standards across the property and residents, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates.
• Management: 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background to manage day-to-day ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing marketing/leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis and management; Invoicing management.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends impacting the property; stay informed on leasing tools and processes.
• Lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, and notifications per lease agreement.
