Job summary

SEVEN.ME is seeking a Community Manager for a multifamily property to oversee operations, leasing, accounting, marketing, and maintenance. The role reports to a Senior Regional/Regional Property Manager.

You will manage staff, ensure compliance with HUD/RD requirements, handle resident screening and lease processes, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining budget discipline. This position requires strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily property operations and staff.
• Knowledge of HUD guidelines and lease administration.
• Ability to prepare and audit property financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manages the property and staff within company policies and laws.
• Shows units to prospective residents and explains occupancy terms.
• Collects rents, issues receipts, posts in accounting system, and deposits daily.
• Assists Regional Manager in vendor selection and budget development.
• Completes weekly and monthly property reports and manages petty cash.
