Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for our housing property. This role reports to the Regional Manager and drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, coordinate marketing, leasing, renewals, collect rent, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service. The position requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management and a client-ready demeanor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation; previous client interface experience required.
• Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing a budget, and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under stressful conditions.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to use Google Apps, Microsoft Office.
• Team Player – able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Redstone KPIs on-site.
• Manage property to the approved operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency; work with staff in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive environment that enhances resident experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing initiatives to construction projects.
