Job summary

Redwood Communities seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple multifamily communities, ensuring efficient performance, budget achievement, and an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, compliance with HUD and Fair Housing, and staff supervision, with an emphasis on occupancy and fiscal health. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Community Manager or higher in multifamily housing.
• Experience with affordable housing (LIHTC & HUD) required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with RealPage and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property in HUD-regulated context.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operating expenses.
• Ensure HUD compliance, TRACS, EIV, MOR, REAC and related reporting.
• Market and lease properties to maintain high occupancy and compliant advertising.
• Foster resident relations and coordinate engagement activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff and ensure performance.
