Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Multifamily Business Development Manager- Multifamily Segment to own a territory across the United States. You will build relationships with developers, architects, purchasing leaders, and distributors to drive product specifications for Fortune Brands Outdoors.

You will travel up to 50% and manage regional strategies, leveraging the company portfolio to win major multifamily projects. Remote work with preference for major metropolitan areas is available.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of success driving multifamily specification of building materials.
• Proven ability to build relationships with purchasing and specification leaders.
• Experience growing business at the multifamily builder level with channel partners.
• Ability to manage a complex territory independently and deliver revenue.
• Proficiency translating cross-functional resources into customer solutions.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a regional market strategy for multifamily developers and owners.
• Cultivate relationships with decision makers in multifamily organizations.
• Partner with territory managers, pro dealers, and distributors to drive revenue.
• Support execution of multifamily developer projects from specification through close.
• Contribute to regional efforts that advance national contract strategies.
• Leverage internal resources (finance, operations, marketing, and product) to meet customer needs.
