Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Multifamily Business Development Manager to own a territory, develop specifications, and manage relationships with developers, architects, and distributors. You will drive regional market strategy, collaborate with finance, product, and marketing, and travel up to 50% to customer sites across the United States.

Qualifications

5+ years driving multifamily specification of building materials.
Proven ability to develop relationships with purchasing and specification leaders.
Experience growing business at multifamily builder level and with channel partners.
Ability to manage a complex, multi-stakeholder territory independently.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional market strategy for multifamily clients.
Cultivate relationships with decision makers in multifamily developers and asset managers.
Partner with territory managers, pro dealers, and distributors to drive revenue.
Support project execution from specification to close for multifamily units.
Contribute to regional contract strategies and leverage internal resources to deliver solutions.
Travel within territory; roughly two overnight trips per month.
