Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily in Nevada. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, lease administration, budgeting, and reporting to ensure market-ready communities and high service levels.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s preference and 3+ years in property management with 1+ year in leadership, strong communication, and customer service skills to drive renewals and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required or equivalent.
3+ years of property management experience and 1+ year in a supervisory role.
Strong customer service, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and reporting.
Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
Support leasing, renewals, marketing, and collection processes.
Maintain resident files and ensure a positive living environment.
Oversee on-site team operations and ensure policy compliance.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and coaching of staff.
