Job summary

Del Mar Apartments, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, seeks an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community in the Phoenix area. You will help run daily operations, support maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and service contracts while promoting excellent resident service.

The role emphasizes team leadership, budget management, and coordination with leasing staff to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, reporting and audits.
• Assist with superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to meet company standards.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Support on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
• Maintain on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching.
• Maintain residents' files per company standards.
• Promote a positive living environment and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Manage overall community budget and finances; work with leasing staff to meet goals.
