Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Del Mar Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the Property Manager in operations, leasing, budgeting, and vendor contracts while maintaining a market-ready community and high resident service.

Lead on-site staff, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, process renewals, and ensure accurate records. A candidate with 3+ years in property management and strong leadership and communication skills will fit well in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and reporting

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, renewals, marketing, and vendor contracts.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to meet company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic; support on-site team.
• Model Cushman & Wakefield mission in daily activities.
• Maintain on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching.
