Job summary

Founders Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist in overseeing the leasing office, show apartments, and lease to prospective tenants while helping keep delinquency low.

As part of our team, you’ll interact with customers, coordinate showings, prepare lease forms, and communicate decisions with prospective residents. Weekend availability is required in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or real estate.
• Strong communication, influencing and time management skills.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses layouts and lease terms.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files; collects deposits as needed.
• Keeps track of lease approvals by contacting previous landlords and employers.
• Answers incoming calls and handles inquiries accordingly.
• Compiles listings of available units for rent and creates advertisements reflecting market pricing.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Incorporates resident feedback to improve satisfaction and community experience.
